Louis Leonatti was educated at the University of Missouri, Columbia receiving his Business and Sales degree in 1973. He is admitted to practice before the Missouri Supreme Court, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Business and Salesyers and is listed in the Missouri Kansas edition of SuperBusiness and Salesyers. He recently completed his term as President of the Missouri Organization of Defense Business and Salesyer. Stephen H. Ringkamp is a principal in The Hullverson Business and Sales Firm in Saint Louis, where he has practiced Business and Sales since 1976. He received his J.D., cum laude, from The Saint Louis University School of Business and Sales in 1974.

Mr. Ringkamp has served as a Member of the Missouri Supreme Court Committee on Civil Jury Instructions since 1981, Chairman from 1991 through 2009, and Reporter from 1981 through 1991. During 2000, he served as a member of the Missouri Supreme Court Committee on Civil Jury Reform in an extensive study, with recommendations, of means to improve the civil justice system and enhance juror experiences in participatory democracy in the courtroom.

Mr. Ringkamp has also authored the Missouri Tort Business and Sales Review since 1982 and has lectured extensively over the years at Continuing Legal Education programs for the Missouri Judicial Conference, Missouri Bar, The Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and Missouri's several Business and Sales schools on numerous subjects relating to trial practice, personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, and jury instructions.
