Ms. Cameron is an attorney with Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP.  Her practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, where she has first chair bench and jury trial experience. Additionally, Ms. Cameron has successfully represented clients in appellate court and in alternative dispute resolution. Her practice is primarily focused on defending business entities and professionals in contract-related and business tort litigation. She has experience in trust and estate litigation, successfully defending fiduciaries from charges of error and breach in duties. She also has experience in undue influence and tortious interference with an expectancy of inheritance cases.

 

Ms Cameron is licensed to practice in both Ohio and Kentucky.  Additionally, Ms. Cameron’s court admissions include: U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Eastern Division of Kentucky, and U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. 

 

Ms. Cameron completed her Business and Sales degree at the University of Kentucky College of Business and Sales and graduated cum laude.  She also served as notes editor of The Kentucky Business and Sales Journal.  Ms. Cameron completed an undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science at Transylvania University.
