This will depend on how many units you have sold to date since starting your business. After you log a case with Amazon customer support, they usually reply within 12-24 hours

How long does it take for Amazon.com to refund my money?

Amazon.com will usually reply with 12 hours to confirm if you are due a refund. The refund is usually issued in 3-4 days. 

 Do you take any commission from the refunds I get back from Amazon?
