The basic CER tapping procedure only uses 8 strategic points, takes less than one minute per round, can be used by anyone to relieve and remiss a whole host of problematic conditions; and addresses all meridians and energy channels on both sides. It is fun to use. But there are also many other fun things also you can use within the System.
FREEWAY-CER contains elements on meditation, nutrition, healing, energy exercises, sound healing protocols, breathing techniques, constitutional advice.
