Module 3 – Maximum Payoff Seller System:

• Have you heard the expression “List to Last!”…well it’s true. In this module, you will learn how to consistently generate high quality listing leads, convert them into listing appointments, get their home listed at the right price and get it sold! And in the process, create a raving fan client for life! Every detail is covered including my listing presentation, listing packet, pre-list package, seller client servicing procedures, seller lead management process, the Equity Evaluation we use…it’s all here. Module 4 – Team Structure, Planning for Success:
