Our Hypnotherapy Training is an extensive, five leveled curriculum by the California Hypnosis Institute of India (CHII) / EKAA and this program has appealed to people for a number of reasons. The steps required to become a hypnotherapist and trainer in this field are:
Step 1: The Training
You are required to complete the five Levels of Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy:

Step 2 – The Internship
Complete (heal and resolve) – 10 cases pro bono and submit all documentation using a standard format that will be provided. You are also required to submit audio-recordings of 5 of your cases.
Step 3 – The Interview
Once your 10 case studies are submitted to EKAA, you will take a final interview with CHII either via Skype or in person. Upon passing the interview you would receive a license to practice as a therapist.
Step 4 – The Accreditation
After receiving the license, you can then apply for a certification under International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA), the largest recognized body of hypnotherapy worldwide. As part of the application, an acknowledgement letter from EKAA is also needed as validation. An online examination would be required to complete the process.
Step 5 – The Life of a Therapist
Upon passing the exam, you become a qualified therapist and are able to practice in most parts of the world

Step 6 – Becoming a Trainer
To qualify as a trainer, one is expected to have sufficient hypnotherapeutic practice and results. This is determined by the EKAA representative in each city. Of course, good communication skills, ample knowledge in the field, ability to handle questions, building a rapport, organize events and network for students are a must.
If a person is confident of meeting these requirements, they could apply as soon as EKAA starts accepting new applicants for the Teacher Training Programme (TTP) for Level 1. With this certification, they can teach the EKAA certified curriculum in several places across the world.
