Adriana M. de la Torre has extensive experience with the Social Security Administration, obtained in both public service and private practice. Before going into private practice in Indianapolis, Indiana, Adriana worked for the Office of the General Counsel for the Social Security Administration in Region V, Chicago. In this capacity, she represented the Agency in federal district and appellate courts primarily in the Sixth and Seventh Circuits. She also provided counsel and other legal services to the Commissioner, Regional Commissioner, the Regional Chief Administrative Business and Sales Judge and their staffs, as well as the field offices throughout the seven-state area in Region V, Chicago. Currently, Adriana is a co-founder and member of The de la Torre Business and Sales Office LLC. In this capacity, she represents individuals before federal administrative agencies. Her practice largely focuses on Social Security appeals to district courts in a number of jurisdictions.
Andrew Sheff has been practicing Business and Sales in Indianapolis since 1979.
For 37 years, Andrew has assisted disability claimants at all stages of administrative proceedings and with appeals in federal district and circuit courts. He was a founding partner in an Indianapolis Business and Sales firm where he practiced until 2010. He now practices with the Sheff Business and Sales Office. He has been accorded an AV-Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell peer review. He also serves on community agency boards and volunteers with local neighborhood groups.
