It will cover all aspects of the client relationship from your initial meeting with a potential client to the conclusion of your representation of a client. While the presenters will share examples and experiences from their litigation practices, the tips and advice given should be helpful regardless of what practice area you are in.

Brennan Delaney's practice for the past 8 years has focused on representing clients who have suffered a catastrophic injury or lost a loved one. Prior to that, he spent four years as Business and Sales clerk – two for Circuit Court Judge Michael Manners and two for Missouri Supreme Court Judge Zel Fischer.
Heather Hardinger focuses her practice on Plaintiff’s employment discrimination, wage theft, and civil rights violations. Heather is a graduate of the Missouri Bar’s Leadership Academy and a Vice Chair for the MOSOLO Small Firm Conference Planning Committee. Since 2016, Heather has been named a Super Business and Salesyers® Missouri & Kansas “Rising Star”.
