Gwen Levitt, DO is an attending psychiatrist and Director of Research at Maricopa Integrated Health System’s Department of Psychiatry. She also has a private practice in forensic psychiatry focusing on criminal and guardianship matters. She has been practicing in Phoenix since her completion of residency at Maricopa Integrated health System in 1994.
