Dr. Ratliff grew up in West Bloomfield, MI.  He received his bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, and his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine (OUHCOM) in Athens, OH.  Dr. Ratliff completed his residency in general psychiatry and then a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH.  He is board certified in both adult and child/adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.  He is an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MU-COM) in Indianapolis, IN.  Currently, he practices in Kokomo, IN, and actively teaches medical students and second year psychiatry residents on their outpatient child and adolescent rotations.  Dr. Ratliff resides in Indianapolis, IN.
