How long will it take?

There are a number of different steps to go through to find all of your refunds. We would expect this to take 1-2 hours per day, for a few days. This will depend on how many units you have sold to date since starting your business. After you log a case with Amazon customer support, they usually reply within 12-24 hours

Can my virtual assistant find my refunds?

Yes they can! They will need a login to your sellercentral account, access to see your sales reports, and a copy of the RocketRefunds book & (if you have the pro account) the walk through videos.

How long does it take for Amazon.com to refund my money?

Amazon.com will usually reply with 12 hours to confirm if you are due a refund. The refund is usually issued in 3-4 days. 

 Do you take any commission from the refunds I get back from Amazon?

No. You get 100% of all refunds you receive.
