Student Obligation

In the webinar, you gained a thorough understanding of the method of overages. You elected to purchase the course and intend to attend ALL the training.

Indemnification, Defense and Hold Harmless

You understand OverageChecks.com and Stacy Kellams and Hilary LiDestri are real estate educators and do not and never will offer any financial or legal counseling. You are solely responsible for your decisions with regard to the business of overages. You understand the course is a blueprint for success in the field of overages but that you alone are in control of your success. You agree to hold OverageChecks.com, Hilary LiDestri and Stacy Kellams blameless for any damages resulting from your implementation of the training materials in the course.

Group Buys

You understand OverageChecks.com does not support or allow “group buys” (More than one person gaining access to the course for one price). Anyone exposed as conducting a group buy will be expelled from the training and no refunds will given under any circumstances. Slander

You agree not to slander OverageChecks.com, Hilary LiDestri or Stacy Kellams with regard to the product, the materials or character. You will attempt to resolve all issues with customer service and understand you are purchasing a course with a three day return policy and a non-disclosure agreement in place. Any disparaging remarks will be viewed as failure to comply with this NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement) and will be subject to legal ramifications.

Digital Products

This is a digital product that includes live instruction. As assets can be accessed immediately after account creation, and live instruction cannot be returned by participants, the product is non-refundable on its face. After a one hour and forty-minute presentation you have a reasonable expectation of what the course and scope of business will entail. Nothing has been withheld. To claim you do not have the tools to complete overage claims will not be recognized.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] within three days of your purchase. In order to be eligible you must not have entered the training center. We have software that tracks users and usage and will use that software to determine whether the training center has been entered.

If you have made request within the three-day period and have not entered the training center, you will receive a refund on the card you used to make the purchase within 7-10 days depending on the processing times with the merchant services.

Coaching

Unless you are private coaching student, support is limited to email and will not go beyond the scope of clarification. All materials necessary for a successful overage business are included in the training.
