In this recording Sills explores and describes, with an invited audience, what Craniosacral Biodynamics is, where it came from and what it can do. There are four in-depth training demonstration sessions that accompany the talks which have a commentary by Sills of the work he is doing with the client. These demonstration sessions offer a unique training opportunity.

The emphasis in a biodynamic approach is on the formative forces that organize and order our human form and life process – from the original shaping of the embryo, to the maintenance of form and the orchestration of healing processes throughout life.
