It’s a great practice when you can’t see possibility, or when you feel stuck in a reality you don’t know how to change. The purpose of this meditation is to stop, pause, remember that you are the creator of your life, and change your energy. If you can truly change your energy throughout your day, some type of door will open, which should produce a change in your life.
