A critical review of present classification will be followed by exploration of specific technical approaches to diagnostic interviewing and decision-making regarding specific therapeutic approaches to each patient.

2. To describe the interaction of neurological and psychodynamic etiological functions in determining the psychopathology of severe personality disorders.
