Each month there are two primary segments in this edition — Traditional Taoist Standing Qigong and Taoist Inner Dissolving MeditationThe Standing Qigong section is the most comprehensive training I have ever offered on this subject. I will show you a complete standing practice from the ground up. Personally I have never seen the material explained in public to this degree and depth. The standing practice is composed of 10 classic Taoist standing postures and we are going to go deep into how to do the physical movements, alignments, and neigong components. Each month has a foundation level class composed of direct instruction and then guided practice, followed by and intermediate level class also with direct instruction and a guided practice. If you have limited time you may just want to learn the foundational lessons and if you have more time then focus on the energetics and intermediate lessons. The second section will be on Taoist meditation. Specifically we are going dive into the Inner Dissolving practice of the Water Tradition of Taoism. After we lay the foundation, we will explore the many different agendas and methods you can use during your meditation to expand awareness, connect to stillness, and reveal your spirit within.
