In addition, he is a founding member of both the New England Direct Primary Care Alliance and the Direct Primary Care Alliance, organizations devoted to the advocacy of direct primary care and supporting physicians either operating a direct care practice or transitioning to this model. He is the current President of the Maine Chapter of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He enjoys obstacle course racing and classic rock-n-roll.
